Approvals & Permissions :There are specific
defined regulations of Govt. of Goa for construction of Fare, Houses.
The minimum area requirement is one Acre (ie; 4000 sq meters) and
the construction limit is 2.5% of the Plot area as ground coverage
with maximum 5% of plot area as total constructible area. The promoters
plan to get the building plans sanctioned in the buyer's name from
the local authorities.
Title & Ownership: The land is owned by the
